When I formatted and installed deduper a couple of weeks ago I left a couple of drives connected. The system then allocated drive letters as normal. However the C:/ drive was not the main drive and as a lot of programs (by default) search for the C:/ drive to load this caused no end of problems. The main drive letter could not be changed as it had the active partition and boot sector on it. Thanking you for your help. Jim Mansfield. (second in charge)

I am interested in the webinars and would like info on the next one. Also, I have attended webinars before, and they mention that if we think we missed anything, we could check back and view the recorded version, this is for those that attended the webinar originally, just to go back and to recap. Is this possible to do with yours.

I have never used it . I have it instaled , But was told if I didnot use the designs for a long time they would be deleated so I 'am afraid I do not want any of my designs deleated ever. Plus I do not understand how to use it.

NOTE FROM CLAY: Susan, I don't know who told you this and they may have had good intentions, but this is totally incorrect. The Deduper would never delete a design because you haven't used it in a long time. There is nothing about it that runs in the background. Hopefully, you can attend the webinar and I can explain how it really works. Thanks and see you next Saturday!
